Hi there, please tell me how I can add a texture to photoshop cs1? Also the file is quite large so it didnt finish downloading. Thanks so much - love this site
That's so strange ... I've just asked exactly the same question to one of my friends on my art account! I have no idea how to add textures to Photoshop! I want to do the same thing, and when I find out I'll let you know
Re: downloading - if you click on "full view" it's not as large, but large enough to work with, and you can right click and save it to your computer that way ... is that OK? Glad you like my stock ...

Hi there, didnt figure it out yet but just opened one with Photoshop (as a jpeg file) and used it that way. Not sure if it is the correct way to use them, please let me know if you find out - thanks p.s. I am trying to do that tutorial "working with textures", its very effective
Well, you can create a textured layer by just using a jpeg. I haven't had a reply from that person I told you about, but I've just discovered this website with a brilliantly simple tutorial on how to make an image into a photoshop pattern - here [link] - I've just tried one and it WORKS!! Yay!!

This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and =Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
